Shipping and Delivery

We offer complimentary standard delivery (3-5 business days) and returns for all USA and Australian orders.  Priority overnight shipping is available for an additional USD$10 or AUD$15 per order as long as all products are destined for the same address.

For our international customers we offer a flat USD$10 fee for all deliveries and returns.

Return policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Arcis product we will provide a credit or exchange if the product is returned in saleable condition, accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days. This does not apply to special promotional offers for which details can be found here.

A flat $10 shipping fee per product will apply to all returns. Please email our customer support team team@arcismen.com and we will supply you with a shipping label and instructions.  If you have any questions regarding the return process, please contact our customer support team team@arcismen.com.

Writing Instrument Warranty

We guarantee that our writing instruments will be in good working order, and as described in our advertising when you receive them. If that is not the case or if there is any mechanical failures (excluding improper usage by user or accidental damage) with our writing instruments within 12 months of your purchase, we will provide you with either a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price (at our discretion).

If you require any assistance with warranty, please contact our customer support team by e-mail at maintenance@arcismen.com attaching your proof of purchase and images of the damage.

Writing instrument servicing and repairs

If any components of your writing instrument become damaged or are lost, Servicing and replacement of new parts is available for cases that fall out of warranty guidelines.

Time: Servicing takes between 4-8 weeks after you have lodged initial claim.

Cost: Servicing is charged on a case by case basis. All costs (including shipping, parts etc.) will be quoted and agreed upon before continuing.

Time Piece Warranty

We guarantee that our time pieces will be in good working order, and as described in our advertising when you receive them. If that is not the case or if there is any mechanical fault within 12 months of your purchase, we will provide you with either a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price (at our discretion). Not covered under Time piece warranty is

  • Excessive and unusual wear and tear
  • Any defect arising from accident, mishandling, incorrect or abusive use
  • The batteries
  • The glass
  • Crown/screw
  • The watch strap
  • Inexpert or unauthorised repair

If you require any assistance with warranty, please contact our customer support team by e-mail at maintenance@arcismen.com attaching your proof of purchase, product serial number (found on the front of your warranty card) and images of the damage.

Time Piece servicing and replacement parts

Should your time piece require a battery replacement or any other servicing that falls out of our warranty guidelines we recommend you visit a Swiss Watch service centre or a reputable jeweller in your area. Contact our maintenance team if you would like any further advice on servicing.

Strap replacement for all watch styles are available to purchase directly through customer service. Please contact customerservice@arcismen.com.
